Done-for-you med spa marketing and outsourced CMO support for owners who have outgrown DIY social. Social media, email marketing, and ShowIt websites, all handled by one person who actually learns your practice and writes in your voice.

You spend hours every week on graphics, captions, or website tweaks, and the results never match the time you put in.

Marketing keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list because patient care, payroll, and the day-to-day urgencies of running the practice always come first.

You built a membership program that should be your biggest recurring revenue driver, but most of your patients still don't know it exists.

Your provider team is incredible at what they do, but almost none of them have ever appeared in your content.

You have patient transformations sitting in your camera roll that you never reposted, because nobody had time to pull the consent form and write the caption.

Your website hasn't been touched since the practice opened, the treatment list doesn't match your current menu, and the pricing on the consults page is two years old.

You've thought about hiring a marketing person in-house, but the math on training, managing, and reviewing one more team member is not landing.

Most of the med spa owners I work with are great at the actual treatments, but the marketing isn't reflecting the practice they've built. If a few of these sound like you, hiring a fractional CMO is the right next step.

Does any of this sound familiar?

What med spa marketing actually does for your practice.

Med spa marketing done well runs your social, your email, your website, and your membership program as one connected system, instead of four disconnected tasks that pile up on your front desk.

A fractional CMO (also called an outsourced CMO) takes over the strategy, does the work each week, and constantly evaluates what's working and what isn't. Some of the practices come in with a few pieces already in place, like a VA who handles patient reminders or a contractor who built the website two years ago, but nobody's making those pieces talk to each other. That's the part I fix.

  • Social media management for med spas: written and designed in your voice, with the cadence adjusted for what your patients actually respond to. Reel editing, graphic design, and caption writing handled.

  • Email marketing: weekly newsletters, membership nurture sequences, post-treatment care emails, and full launch sequences for new offers or seasonal pushes.

  • Website updates and ShowIt design: hands-on edits to your site each month so it stays current with your real menu, your real pricing, and your actual membership, instead of staying sale in last year's offer.

  • Launch and campaign support: full sequences for new treatments, new injectors, membership relaunches, and seasonal pushes that need more than a single post to actually convert.

What's included in the retainer (any single piece or combination of these works):

A lot of med spas start with social media management on its own at $1,100 per month, then add the rest piece by piece as the practice grows. Whichever you start with, you get the same person every week doing the actual work.

Most med spas who reach out have some version of the same problem. Their practice is growing, the consult calendar fills on injection days, but their marketing hasn't caught up yet.

If any of this sounds close to home, you're right where most of my clients were when they first reached out.

You have a slow week coming up, a new treatment you've been meaning to promote, and a membership program that should be doing more. But planning the campaigns, writing the emails, and posting consistently always falls to the bottom of the to-do list.

Marketing only goes out when your front desk remembers to push it out, which usually means in bursts and then nothing for three weeks.

You might be in this exact place right now.

You want results you can actually see in the practice, like more consult bookings, more memberships sold, and more of the right patients walking in, instead of posts that fill space in the feed and disappear.

You want one person to handle the weekly newsletter, the website tweak, the social media reel, so you can spend your days being a CEO and your nights fully present with your family.

What's different about working with me as your fractional CMO.

I learn your practice specifically, then bring my expertise and knowledge from across service businesses.

Your website is part of your marketing, not a separate project.

I do the work, not just the planning.

Most fractional CMOs hand you a strategy, then step back from the actual work.

I build the strategy and run it myself, which means the same brain that planned the work is the one doing it. When you Slack me at 2 PM on a Tuesday with a question about a campaign or a homepage tweak, I'm the person answering, not an account manager who has to loop in three other people.

I research your practice specifically and learn what sets you apart from your competitors and how to appeal to your ideal audience. I  then combine that research with the marketing fundamentals that work across industries.

I'm a ShowIt designer too, so when a launch needs the homepage updated, a new injector needs a bio page, or a service page needs a rewrite to match your actual menu, I just open ShowIt and build it that week.

You don't have to find another freelancer for the website work, and you don't have to wait three weeks for one to get back to you.

We'll talk through your practice, what isn't working, and what kind of support makes sense.

Whether you need full fractional CMO support, social media management, or a new ShowIt website, you get a plan built around your practice, your voice, your treatment menu, and your membership goals.

You review, approve, and stay in the loop. I write, design, schedule, and publish. Your content stays consistent week after week, consults start coming in, your membership grows, and you get hours of your week back to spend on patient care and the parts of the practice only you can do.

I do the work, and you grow

I do the work, and you grow.

I started Madelyn Victoria Co. because I kept watching talented, high-earning service providers and medical practices whose online presence didn't come close to matching what they had actually built. They cared deeply about their businesses, but their plates were full running every other part of them.

I've helped a health coach get fully booked in 60 days. Worked with a parent coach to prep content around her TODAY Show interview. Managed a mayoral campaign where my client beat the incumbent.

I never set out to start a business; it happened accidentally in college and grew while I worked as an administrative assistant as well as a bookseller in Wetumpka, (the same year HGTV picked our town for Hometown Takeover season 2).

Eventually I went full-time and turned into Madelyn Victoria Co., a fractional CMO and ShowIt website design business.

Based in Alabama. Serving clients remotely across the U.S.

Hi, I'm Madelyn!

Stand out online!

Here are 3 ways we can work together:

fractional CMO for med spas

social media management for med spas

showit website design

Done-for-you Instagram and Facebook content for med spas, written and designed in your voice. Posts, reels, stories, graphics, and captions, all handled.

Injector personality, treatment education, team culture, and membership marketing all built into the calendar. $1,100 per month, month-to-month from day one.

The marketing leadership, strategy, and execution your practice needs without the full-time hire. Tier 1: $3,000 per month, which includes strategy, social media, email, and quarterly launches.

Most med spa owners start with done-for-you social media management, some go straight to a fractional CMO retainer, and a few start with a one-time website project and grow into retainer services from there. Whatever the right next step looks like for your practice, that's where we'll start.

Custom ShowIt websites for med spas and aesthetic practices ready to graduate from a template, built and written to actually sound like you. $3,700, one-time project.

Quick answers to what most med spa owners ask on the first call.

What is med spa marketing and what does it actually include?

Med spa marketing brings new patients in for consults, keeps current patients on a recurring care or membership program, and builds a brand recognizable enough to compete with the franchise chains in your market.

The core pieces are social media content built around your injectors and your treatment menu, email marketing to your patient list, a website that reflects your current menu and pricing, a membership program that's actually marketed (not just offered), and a local presence that ranks for "med spa near me" searches in your city. I run the brand, social, email, and website pieces directly.

It is the model service businesses choose when they have outgrown the freelancer phase but are not ready or willing to hire someone in-house.

How do you handle patient privacy and consent for before-and-after content?

All patient transformation content runs through your consent workflow before anything publishes. I build the content system around your existing consent forms, so no patient image, video, or identifying detail goes out without documented consent already on file.

Your compliance team sets the policy. I execute around it, and the consent step becomes a default part of the content calendar, not an afterthought.

How much does med spa marketing cost?

My fractional CMO retainers start at $3,000 per month for Tier 1, which includes strategy, social, email, and quarterly launches. Tier 2 is $4,500 per month and adds 10 hours of ShowIt website updates each month on top of everything in Tier 1.

Both tiers have a 3-month minimum and then continue month-to-month. Social media management is also available on its own at $1,100 per month with no minimum, which is where most med spas start before adding more.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Both fractional CMO tiers run on a 3-month minimum because that's usually how long it takes to see real movement in a med spa, then they continue month-to-month. Social media management is month-to-month from day one with no minimum required.

Will the marketing still sound like my practice when you write it?

Yes, and that's the part of this work I take most seriously. The first month of any engagement is mostly listening, which means reading your old patient emails, watching how your injectors talk on consult calls, and getting your menu and your membership down cold.

That way, when content goes out, it reads like your practice wrote it. If you ever send back a draft and tell me it doesn't sound like your practice, we rewrite it.

How long does it take to see results from med spa marketing?

3-6 months for meaningful movement, and 12 months for the kind of compounding growth where consult bookings, membership signups, and your local presence all start lifting at the same time.

The first 3 months are research, testing what works for your audience, and refining. From month three on, the content gets sharper and the system starts producing results you can actually point to. Anyone promising results in week one is misrepresenting how marketing works.

What if I already have a marketing person on staff?

That's fine, and sometimes it's actually the best setup. A lot of practices have a front desk person, an MA, or a part-time coordinator who handles some marketing tasks. I work alongside them, take the strategy and the heavier execution off their plate, and let them keep the parts they're already doing well.

Your in-house person handles the work that benefits from being in the practice every day (filming behind-the-scenes content, capturing patient transformations, responding to DMs). I handle strategy, writing, design, editing, and longer-form planning.

How is this different from hiring a big med spa marketing agency?

Most med spa agencies operate at scale, meaning your practice is one of 30 to 100 accounts managed by an account manager juggling everyone else. The content tends to look similar across their roster because it comes from the same template library.

In contrast, I work with a small number of clients at a time, every plan is built from research on your specific practice, and the person you talk to on the discovery call is the same person writing your captions. If you need a 20-person team with a 50-page strategy deck in week one, I'm not your fit. If you want a operator running the strategy and actual work, I am.

Do you only work with med spas in Alabama?

No. I'm based in Wetumpka, Alabama, but I work with med spas and service practices across the United States.

Everything runs remotely through Slack, email, and scheduled calls, so where your practice is located doesn't change how the work gets done.

What is the first step?

Book a free 30-minute call. We'll talk about where your practice is, what your membership numbers look like, and whether I'm the right person to help you get to where you want to be.

What does another quarter of doing it yourself actually cost?

Most med spas do not lose to better competitors. They lose to easier-to-find ones. Every quarter you put off building your marketing is a quarter another practice in your market is filling its membership roster, booking the consults that should've been yours, and getting the patient who searched "med spa near me" last Tuesday.

Book a 30-minute call. You'll leave with a clear plan for next month and the exact cost to run it.
