Before someone fills out your contact form or inquires about services, they find you on social media. They scroll to learn more about who you are, how you can help them, and what sets you apart.
This even happens when someone referred you: they look you up first, because they want to feel sure before they spend the money.
If your last post is from three months ago, they're wondering whether you're still taking clients, or if you're on a break. Then they keep scrolling and find someone who DOES post every week. And because that person is consistent, they feel like the safer bet, even if they aren't better at the actual work.
That's why consistency and the right social media strategies matter. This playbook will show you how I've used my clients' social media to make them more visible and also share the strategies that got them more clients.
How I use keywords so my clients show up in ChatGPT, and the three posts I repeat every month to stay consistent.
Screenshots taken straight from social media, so you can see reach, views, and how many of those views came from people who didn't follow the account.
For one client, we worked backward from a launch. For another, we had to tell stories about people whose faces we couldn't show.
I explain the strategy behind each one and why it worked.
I went back through the accounts I manage and wrote down what we actually did, the results we got, and why it worked so you can implement it for your own social media.
Every case study ends with one specific thing you can go try this week, whether you're a dentist, a consultant, or running a nonprofit.
I started Madelyn Victoria Co. because I kept watching talented, high-earning service providers whose online presence didn't come close to matching what they had actually built. They cared deeply about their businesses, but their plates were full running every other part of them.
I've helped a health coach get fully booked in 60 days. Worked with a parent coach to prep content around her TODAY Show interview. Managed a mayoral campaign where my client beat the incumbent.
I never set out to start a business; it happened accidentally in college and grew while I worked as an administrative assistant as well as a bookseller in Wetumpka, (the same year HGTV picked our town for Hometown Takeover season 2).
Eventually I went full-time and turned into Madelyn Victoria Co., a fractional CMO and ShowIt design business.
Based in Alabama. Serving clients remotely across the U.S.

A few people have asked why I'd share this playbook with behind-the-scenes strategies, rather than gatekeep and get more clients.
I never want marketing to be the obstacle standing between someone and the business they’re trying to build.
There's already plenty of advice telling business owners to post every day, join every platform, make more videos, follow every trend, and somehow keep running the rest of the business at the same time.
I want this playbook to do the opposite
.
I want you to see a few clear examples, understand why they worked, and walk away knowing what you can try next.
If you want to take the framework and run it yourself, I hope it makes marketing feel easier and gives you a better place to start.
And if you look at the strategy and realize you don’t want to be the person responsible for carrying it out every week, I'd love to help.
I manage social media for service providers who are great at what they do and don’t want to spend their evenings planning content.
I handle the strategy, writing, design, editing, and scheduling so your business can stay visible without everything depending on you.
